It’s very believable. Unfortunately, mental illness is not taken seriously in the Black community so it’s dismissed as “foul behavior.” This girl may very well be bi-polar and in need of medication. Unless her family is willing to own up to the possibility that something may be medically wrong with her, the best thing would be for her to be arrested and be forced to go for diagnosis.
